How We Got Our Start

"Since my early life, I've been driven to help improve the quality of life of others. Inspired by martial arts and alternative techniques, I started on my journey at Rutgers University, specializing in Medicinal Botany. Through exercise and plant-based knowledge, I seek to change the status quo on how we view and maintain our health."
